Upright 'V' shaped when young and spreads out as it ages; reaching 25' tall in full sun. The flowers are a bright magenta color with a single petal spread. After the blooms are finished, the leaves emerge rusty green in color and mature to a shimmery copper green. Leaves then turn a yellow color in the fall.
