Uncommon among Maples, the Drummondii Maple's defining feature is its leaves. They are variegated between pale lime green interiors and a pale white color exterior. Limbs often revert back to the non-variegated design (solid green color); simply remove the branch to maintain variegation. Striking in Spring, they shine throughout the summer before yellowing in the fall. Slower growers than the Autumn Blaze, these trees reach heights of 40' with a spread of 25'.
