Perfect Purple Flowering Crabapple

This newer variety of crabapple has both dark flowers and dark foliage contrasting it to many other varieties of apple trees. The fuchsia flowers open in April and are succeeded by dark green/purple foliage. One of the more disease resistant crabapple, this tree can tolerate adverse planting environment. It is an upright tree that tends to make it taller than wider and is good for landscaping as it does not cast a wide shadow. This is a later blooming tree having fully bloomed out in May.
