Jonaprice from the Netherlands has the large size and excellent flavor of its parent, Jonagold Prince, plus the advantage of better storage and flavor keeping qualities when compared to other Red Jonagold sports. On the smaller size of the Jonagolds, the apple is stunningly red and uniform in color and shape. Average storer- this apple is best when eaten soon after harvest.
