While there is no traditional definition of 'Heirloom' the standard though is that most apples that are from pre-World War II fit that description. These apples have traditionally been cultivated in Europe or the US and are older than modern apples. These trees are hand selected by the staff at Roots to Fruits and are at least of the 'Field Ready' quality. These are able to ship together. Updated for availability 2.13.2025.

As of July 20, 2025, we have ceased shipping bare root trees for the Spring 2025 Season. We will resume shipping bare root trees in November of 2025. We will assume all bare root trees order, unless otherwise stated in the product description, will ship in November. Please order accordingly.
