Burgundy Belle Maple
This maple grows a dense, well rounded crown with smaller leaves giving it a fully shady look. It has small red flowers in Spring with bright green foliage in Summer. Then, as Autumn arrives, the tree turn a deep magenta-burgundy color for several weeks. This tree is tolerant of clay soils and wet environments. Because the canopy starts around 7-10', this is an ideal tree for areas with lots of foot traffic. Trees are 1" caliper.
