Its hardiness down to zone 4 makes this cherry popular in northern climates. The trees grows vase shape (taller than wide) with smaller, bright red fruit with a matte finish, and is disease resistant. Developed by the University of Minnesota, it is great for snaking and baking. If sour is your thing, this tree is for you. Tree is a genetic dwarf and will stay under 12' even on semi-dwarfing rootstocks. Watch out for birds- they love cherries!
