Razor Russet Apple

A brownish, heavily russeted apple that is extremely sweet. Good for cider and eating but should be used quickly as it does not store well. Strong pear-like flavor that is the dominant flavor in this apple. The skin is breaking but not too crunchy to eat. Great to eat fresh and press for cider.
