• Chicago Hardy- Most cold hardy fig. Brown to purple skin with pale red flesh
• Brown Turkey- Light brown to merlot in color with red flesh. Not too sweet with rich fig flavor. 
• Dessert King- Green skin with strawberry-red flesh. Very sweet and decadent flavor. 
• LSU Purple- Oblong fig with dark blue-purple color. Reliable grower. 
• Italian Honey- Yellowish green with honey sweet like flesh. 

These figs are hardy to Zone 5-10 but can grow well down to Zone 2 if grown in containers and brought indoors during the colder months. In containers, the figs can grow to 8' but generally reach to 5-6'. Plants like full sun and lots of water. Plants are self fertile but will produce fruit with other companion trees.
