The Pink Luster® is another Cornell University creation first debuted to the public in 2020. It is a large apple that is quite colorful. It has a yellow skin covered by large swaths of red blush. It is a large, mid- September ripener that hangs on the tree throughout its ripening season helping to stretch out the harvest. This apple is great for you-picks and display apples as its color and shine really set it above other apples that ripen around mid season.
