A recent development out of California. The Albion was developed to tolerate warmer climates while producing throughout the growing season. Just keep the plants well watered to encourage fruit development and they are tolerant of many soil types. Plants were developed to resist verticillium wilt, phytophthora crown rot, and anthracnose. Berries are firm and symmetrical. Their high sugar content makes for excellent snaking and baking.
Strawberry berries are sold in packs of 5, 10, or 25 plants.
