Named in honor of the prior owner, the Gaylon is a delicious foundling (formerly known as No Name.) This eagerlay awaited apple sells out every year and is GREAT early and very sweet apple with hints of spice. And really stores well. The apple stays crunchy for several months after harvest. One of the first apples we pick. Great for cider and fresh eating.
