A dwarf, usually well branched fig tree. Tree bears early generally 1-2 years after planting. Fruit is elongated and rusty red in color. Flesh is light and ruby (hence the name) in color with numerous tiny seeds. Delicious to eat fresh or can be dried easily for safe storage.
